Delete your Eshtirak account

Your Eshtirak login is created by your electricity provider. To delete it:

1. Contact your provider and ask them to delete your login. They can do it right away from your customer page.
2. Or email us from the phone number or email your provider has on file, with your username, and we will delete it within 7 days: sakrsarkis@gmail.com

What is deleted

• Your login (username and password) and your devices' notification registrations -- you are signed out everywhere.
• Your notifications in the app.

What is kept

Your bills and payment records belong to your provider's accounts and are kept for as long as the provider needs them (for example to settle balances), without a login attached. Ask your provider if you want those removed too.
